In the ever booming property industry, having a good customer service and after sales program is not nearly enough. An excellent developer will provide more than the average, more than the required, more than the necessary to ensure a client is delighted every step of the way.

No one knows this best than Megaworld Corporation, the country’s largest residential condominium developer. Stepping forward and further differentiating itself as a property developer that has its “clients first” attitude, Megaworld has started offering its clients interior design options free of charge.

Accustomed to pioneering features that can’t be found anywhere else, Megaworld becomes the first property developer in the country to offer such a service, reiterating its commitment to delivering client satisfaction that goes beyond the best.

With an army of the most creative and talented interior design team in the country, clients who opt to subscribe to this feature can choose from five classic and classy designs: the Zen, Modern Contemporary, Modern Victorian, Modern Filipino, and Modern Industrial.

The division tasked to handle this service is the Prime Properties Investment Group (PPG), a marketing division exclusively created to help clients personalize their units. It’s another step in giving home owners a chance to make their home a place that beams with their respective personalities, making their home a reflection of their lifestyle, color preferences, even mood preferences.

“We hope to go beyond the expectations of our clients. In Megaworld, we are always anticipating their needs to ensure they gain the best market values for their units,” said Donna Racho, vice president for sales and marketing for Prime Properties Investment Group, Megaworld.

To be fair to Megaworld, it has truly proven itself worthy of all the attention it has been getting. For those who don't know, Megaworld (through several divisions) is also the developer behind the Resorts World Manila and the posh McKinley Hills in Taguig.

Megaworld has always been a league of its own when it comes to providing sales and, more importantly, after sales commitments. The creation of PPG ensures excellent management of customer expectations, including proper handling of concerns and disparities should any arise.

It also ensures smooth turn-over of purchased properties to unit owners, especially if they want to re-sell or lease out their properties. These services come on top of PPG helping unit owners in scouting potential buyers and lessees, negotiating and selecting bank financing options, maintaining and refurbishing of units, among others.

While the seasoned decorators have prepared five sets of concepts and designs to choose from, home owners can still modify the design—from the cuts to the designs and furnishings—to suit their liking and needs.

“We want to treat them like VIPs and create a long-lasting after-sales service to our most valued clients. We want to do everything we can to make them feel at home,” she said.

Among the completed projects with RFO units are Eastwood Parkview and One Central Park in Eastwood City; Stamford Residences and 115 Upper McKinley in McKinley Hill; The Bellagio III and Forbeswood Parklane in Bonifacio Global City; The Residential Resorts in Newport City; One Central and Greenbelt Madison in Makati City; and El Jardin del Presidente II in Quezon City.
