It’s time to bring out the red carpet for the coming of the
road’s newest “Star.”
Packed with features that give it instant celebrity status,
the all new Nissan Grand Livina Highway Star outshines other car models in its
category.
Like a movie icon out to prove his latest box office draw,
this superior vehicle sports everything car enthusiasts love about a good car—a
stylish and trendy look, unparalleled power and performance, and efficient fuel
consumption.
Perfect for a group getaway with friends and family, the
Highway Star marries the comfort passengers get with a sedan with the space and
accommodation of a bigger, multi-purpose vehicle.
“You can say it’s your new automotive soulmate, a car that
offers versatility, freedom and spontaneous adventures. It’s a car that takes
you where you want to go and enable you to do whatever it is you want to do,”
said Lee Junia, the SVP for marketing, sales and after-sales of
Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc (NMPI).
Since the original Grand Livina was launched in 2008, it has
become a symbol of a car with sleek and handsomely modern look. The newest
iteration in the Grand Livina line is equally beautiful and now carries performance
parts by Autech Japan, a group known for its expertise in race cars.
To launch the Grand Livina Highway Star, Nissan invited
members of the motoring press (and some of their family members) in an event
dubbed the “Nissan Family Fun Camp.” There, the media participants (myself included) got to test
the Highway Star in a drive to Thunderbird Resort in Rizal.
“What fun is it to travel alone? With the Highway Star, we’d
like to show that groups don’t have to be bothered by a big and bulky vehicle
for an urban adventure. With this stylish sedan, they can now travel in style,”
Junia said.
