Astoria Plaza's homey and welcoming touch

Homey and welcoming--just how I love my living room :)

If you've read my previous blog entry, you'd know that I spent the long weekend for a stay-cation at Astoria Plaza in Ortigas with several dear friends. We had a blast!

Among the many things that I love about Astoria Plaza is its spacious rooms--you can practically hold a dance lesson or a yoga class there (which we probably should have done). I've been to many hotels here and abroad, and I've got to commend Astoria for keeping their rooms homey and welcoming.

While I'm not too crazy about the avocado-ish color of the sofa in the inviting living room, I love the baby blue color of the bedroom. Astoria Plaza also has a trick up its sleeve against other hotels in the vicinity--after all, it's not a hotel; Astoria Plaza is a full service residential suites establishment.

More of my festive stay there in the coming blog entries. For now, enjoy the photos that TWIST took, especially for you! :)

I spent half of the time sleeping in this comfy bed--proof that I loved our stay-cation in the hotel
