Because Halloween isn't as largely celebrated in the Philippines as it is here in the United States, it brought me great pleasure to see how many people spent time and effort putting up frighfully festive decorations for their houses in tribute to the scariest occasion of the year.
This collection of pictures isn't at all the "best" there is out here. They are merely some of the cutest ones which I was able to capture in photo while leisurely walking around the neighborhood in the streets of Las Vegas and New York. Here they are. Enjoy! :)
