Yesterday, we counted down five of the biggest musical acts that have made the Philippine concert scene more colorful in 2011. Today, we list down five more artists whose shows and appearances would be remembered by their respective fans for years to come. Here they are:

6. Janet Jackson
After decades of making the world dance with her numerous hits, the icon headlines a show in the country for the very first time. In support of her "Number Ones" album, she takes her "Up Close and Personal" in Manila at the Philippine International Convention Center last February. It was in Manila that the 35-city trek began for Jackson. Tickets ranged from P3,100 to P15,504

7. Maroon 5
For the second time, Maroon 5 performed in the country at the SMX Convention Center last May. With a new hit album, "Hands All Over," tickets quickly sold out. The band sang hits like "Misery" and "Never gonna leave this bed" from the aforementioned album. Whether it's for their music or Adam Levine's good looks, fans can only hope the band schedules a third show soon.

8. Black Eyed Peas
With a Filipino member in the band, it really shouldn't come as a surprise that the Black Eyed Peas come back to the country every so often. But every time they do come back, it's always an event to look forward to. Dubbed as "the biggest party of the year," BEP thrilled fans at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds last October. Concert tickets ranged from P800 to P10,000.

9. Bruno Mars
With a silky voice matched by no other in the music world today, Mars had become one of the most in demand singers. Last April, this Filipino-American artist took his "Doo-Wops & Hooligans World Tour" (in support of the album of the same name) for a two-night show in the country--at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu on April 7 and at the Araneta Coluseum in Manila the following day. Tickets range from P800 to P5,800.

10. Miley Cyrus
Whether Cyrus managed to pull off a Britney Spears (I'm not a girl, not yet a woman) remains to be seen. But if her show in the country last June at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds is any indication, she has nothing to worry about. Hoards of teenage girl fans came in droves. She performed hits like such as "The Climb."
